Know exactly who to contact at every target company.

Intelligence organizes relevant professional context for your target companies — recruiters, hiring managers, and team context — with source notes and confidence context. No guessing. No false positives.

The problem

Most applicants don't know who can actually help them.

Applying cold to a portal

Your application goes into a queue. You have no idea who reviews it, who the hiring manager is, or whether anyone relevant ever sees your name.

Guessing at LinkedIn

You can search LinkedIn, but working out who manages the relevant team, whether they're involved in hiring, and how to contact them takes hours per company.

Fake confidence in professional contact context

Some tools show contact methods with no indication of how reliable they are. You send a message to a bad address, it bounces, and you've burned your one shot at that contact.

Key capabilities

Everything in Intelligence, explained.

Relevant people discovery

For each approved company, Intelligence surfaces people relevant to your target role: recruiters, engineering managers, team contacts, product directors. Matched to your function, not just anyone at the company.

Role relevance rationale

Every contact includes why they matter — "Leads the data team you'd join," "Recruited for this function in the last 6 months," "Former colleague of your connection." Context you can act on.

Honest source context

CareerCRM distinguishes between Found, Inferred, Unverified, and Failed — so you know exactly how confident to be before sending. No false positives disguised as clean data.

Contact-level relationship tracking

Each person has their own relationship state: introduced, messaged, replied, met, following up. The relationship persists even if the company moves between pipeline stages.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the professional contact context come from?

From a combination of public sources and professional data providers. Status labels (Found / Inferred / Unverified) tell you exactly how reliable each contact's information is.

Can I add my own contacts manually?

Yes — if you know someone at a target company, add them directly. Your manual contacts are treated as the highest-confidence source and integrated into the messaging workflow.

What if I find a hiring manager on LinkedIn myself?

Add them to the company's intelligence panel. They'll be connected to the company's messaging workflow and tracked like any other contact — including follow-up scheduling.
