CareerCRM
How It Works

Run your job search as a self improving loop.

CareerCRM turns the messy process of finding roles, tailoring materials, contacting people, and following up into one structured loop.

One prompt, start to finish.

Describe the role in plain words. CareerCRM scans the whole web for live openings, drops the postings that died months ago, scores the fit, and tailors your resume to each one.

Then it finds the people best positioned to refer you, with a LinkedIn profile and a verified work email, and drafts the note in your voice. Nothing sends until you approve it.

Every reply, silence and interview is read back in, so next week's search runs on what actually worked. See it running →

1

Start With Your Resume

Upload your resume and CareerCRM turns it into the foundation for your search.

What happens
Parses your experience, skills, projects, and target roles
Scores resume readiness
Identifies weak positioning, missing evidence, and improvement areas
Creates a profile that powers company targeting, resume tailoring, and messaging
2

Build a Target Company List

CareerCRM helps you move from random job boards to a focused set of companies worth pursuing.

What happens
Discovers companies matched to your background and goals
Shows why each company fits
Tracks source links and confidence
Lets you review and approve targets before moving forward
3

Find the Right People

For each approved company, CareerCRM helps identify people who can move the search forward.

What happens
Finds recruiters, hiring managers, team contacts, and referral paths
Shows relevance reasoning and source context
Tracks contacts by company and role
Avoids treating generic or irrelevant contacts as appropriate contacts
4

Discover Contact Paths

CareerCRM keeps professional contact context honest and actionable.

What happens
Tracks found, inferred, unverified, and failed contact states
Keeps source and confidence visible
Supports fallback company contact options
Keeps professional context source-backed and visible
5

Tailor Materials

Turn one resume into role-specific applications without losing track of versions.

What happens
Suggests resume improvements for the target role
Aligns keywords and evidence to the opportunity
Creates role-specific positioning
Tracks which version belongs to which company or role
6

Draft Messages

CareerCRM generates personalized message drafts based on your resume, the company, the role, and the person you're contacting.

What happens
Creates first-touch messages
Creates follow-up drafts
Supports recruiter and hiring-manager variants
Stores the message version used for each contact
Every template is treated as a reusable asset, not a throwaway message. CareerCRM measures the response rate of each one across the people you send it to — so you learn which messaging actually earns replies, and with whom.
For example
Message Version 1 earned a +12% higher response rate than Version 2 for a similar search focus — so Version 1 becomes your default for that kind of outreach, while Version 2 keeps improving elsewhere.
7

Send With Control

Nothing gets sent automatically. You approve every message before it goes out.

What happens
Send through Gmail
Track draft, sent, failed, and bounced states
Detect replies where available
Surface Gmail reconnect or sync issues when they need attention
8

Follow Up Consistently

CareerCRM keeps every opportunity moving after the first message.

What happens
Schedules follow-ups
Shows due reminders
Lets you snooze or mark follow-ups sent
Keeps each company tied to a next action
9

Track Outcomes and Improve the Loop

Every result feeds back into the system so your search gets sharper over time.

What happens
Tracks applications, messaging, replies, follow-ups, and bounces
Shows response and deliverability signals
Helps identify which companies, contacts, and messages are working
Turns the job search from a one-way application process into a learning loop
…and the loop repeats — sharper, more focused, every cycle.

Questions, answered.

Does CareerCRM send messages automatically?

No. Outreach is drafted for you and sent only on your approval. You read every message before it leaves, and nothing goes out on your behalf without that step.

Does it apply to jobs for me?

No. Nothing is auto-applied. CareerCRM finds live roles, scores the fit and prepares the application, but submitting it stays your decision.

Will the tailored resume invent things I have not done?

No. The tailored resume rewrites and reorders your approved base resume in the language of the posting. It does not invent claims, and requirements you do not match are reported as unmatched rather than papered over.

Are the funnel numbers a promise about my results?

No. Every funnel and message figure shown on this site describes an example account. It illustrates what the product records and learns from, not a performance guarantee.
